I don’t have much of a recap of the panels for Lana Parrilla and Rebecca Mader since I wasn’t paying much attention to them. I was in line for the Super Cousins panel, featuring Robbie Amell and Stephen Amell, which was to follow Rebecca Mader’s panel. The line up is right next to the panel area, and since the entire layout of the convention was open-air, I was able to watch and listen to the panels while in line for a following panel. These panels were only 30 minutes each instead of the hour that all of the other panels were. I thought that was a shame considering Haley Atwell cancelled her appearance at the convention due to illness. The line moves a bit as it gets longer, and as the volunteers fill as many of the empty seats as possible.

They do clear the seating after each panel, but this isn’t San Diego Comic-Con so it’s extremely easy to get good seats with a VIP pass. If you have a general admission pass, it was almost better to be in the standing area at the back of the seating if you had a good zoom lens on your camera as you wouldn’t be dealing with people’s heads or having the people in front of you raising their camera up to take photos or video (I’m guilty of the latter.) If the VIP seats aren’t full, the organizers would allow you to move up closer to the stage so they could seat as many people as possible.

As you can see from these photos, I was able to get really good pictures from the line of Lana and Rebecca. You could hear everything pretty well, too, because of the speakers. I did use my 70mm zoom lens for all of the photos I took at Heroes and Villains if you want to compare these to the photos I took from my seats at the other panels.

Next up, is the Super Cousins panel recap. There are two more Heroes and Villains FanFests scheduled at this time, and I highly recommend attending.
